Dr. Hussam Murad, owner of Horizon Dental, is a graduate of the University of Sydney, Australia. He brings over 13 years of clinical experience in general dentistry, having served diverse communities across Canada and Australia, including underserviced areas where access to care is most needed.
With a strong commitment to excellence, Dr. Murad has pursued advanced continuing education in oral surgery, implant dentistry, and crown and bridge prosthodontics. His dedication to professional growth has taken him to Europe, the United States, and Asia, where he has trained alongside leading experts and integrated global perspectives into his clinical practice. His areas of particular focus include implant and digital dentistry, as well as the delivery of comprehensive emergency dental care.
Dr. Murad places a high priority on patient comfort and safety. He is certified to provide nitrous oxide sedation and is devoted to ensuring every patient receives care in a supportive and comfortable environment.
Outside his professional role, Dr. Murad is a devoted husband and father. He enjoys exploring new cultures through travel, experiencing international cuisines, and maintaining an active lifestyle through hiking and walking.
